Stayed here from Sunday to Saturday, originally booked due to the free car park and then decided against driving. Anyways it’s very close to the city centre and the tube station (Elizabeth Line) which we used everyday. The room was a standard premier inn, reasonably clean, and decently priced. The first Premier Inn I have been to where you need to request room service, which I wish was mentioned in check in as we would’ve had it everyday due to showering daily! (And I’ve been to quiet a few around the country) The room was unbelievably hot and the fan just made it like a fan oven! I don’t know if it’s what the hotel building is made from? Or it sits on top of a hot springs Other than that the staff were friendly on the reception! We didn’t eat at the beefeater but there’s an entrance door from inside the hotel for easy access!
Had to stay out of necessity. My flat flooded. I must say this is far the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. Big shout out to Sarah on reception, couldn't be more helpful and attentive. You should be proud to have someone like her at front desk.
Booked to stay over night after attending a wedding. The booking in was easy, iron and ironing board were provided for us, room was spacious for a twin and quiet, it did get a bit hot but a floor fan was provided. The sleep was pretty decent and the way little to no noise other than the people on the room beside us. We would definitely stay here again when needed.
23 of us stayed last night for my son’s birthday. Was very nervous about this hotel having read the previous reviews but it was fine, some of us were in the building away from the main hotel and that was ok. The main building had lots of refurb going on but the people from our party that stayed there had no issues either. Clean, quiet and no smells detected. Internet was down on our arrival so couldn’t check in but the staff managed to do it on their phones as we were wet and cold from doing it’s a knockout and could see we really needed to change and shower.
Hotel was lovely and staff were amazing got a meal deal with the room. The beefeater next door was clearly understaffed with the young lad telling every table that they had lost 4 members of staff in weeks and would be better to close the place whilst mimeing shooting himself. Food was ok nothing special. Think I'll give the meal deal a miss next time
